How We
Provide a Service
We provide a range of services from initial surveys of buildings through to the more comprehensive investigations of individual structural problems and on to the implementation of a complete repair programme if required.
The process works as follows:
1. You contact us and tell us as much as possible about your requirement. You can do this on-line by selecting "Request a Quote" and giving us your details. Alternatively you can do this on the telephone by calling 0800 52 58 50.
2. We consider the requirement and advise on how we can help you and the possible costs that would be entailed.
3. We then provide a quotation for the work required.
4. You confirm your acceptance of the quotation by booking a Survey (Surveyors Report) or investigation (Engineers Report) or repair. In most cases an up front payment is required at this stage.
5. We confirm your booking and give a target date for completion of the various stages of the work.
6. We contact you to confirm the date for the work to take place.
7. The work is completed.
8. In the case of a Surveyors Report or an Engineers Report, this will be dispatched to you normally within three days of the completion of the work, assuming the job is straight forward.
