You are buying a new home. You have indicated that your chosen future home does not need a "Homebuyers Survey & Valuation" or a comprehensive "Building Survey". You have indicated that a simple "Valuation" is all that you require.

At this point in time we regret that we are not providing a valuations service. You may be best to contact your local Estate Agent who may be able to help you. However, please keep in mind that we hope to be able to offer a valuations service in the future.
